Mocha and Chocolate sounds like a delicious treat when it was first revealed one of the main trending colour for Autumn 2025, I assumed it was on a dessert menu, but apparently it answers “our desire for comfort”. This means on the runways, the aesthetic has been translated via sumptuous materials in delectable shades at Saint Laurent presented an array of dresses in chocolatey tones, ribboned just below the waist like confectionary treats.

Chocolate brown is fast becoming the new go-to neutral—warm, rich, and unexpectedly versatile replacing black with a warm chocolate brown. Vogue says it is central to Autumn collections, Marie Claire highlights chocolate brown and all the designers embracing the colour across all styles. COS’s Pre-Autumn 2025 collection includes standout pieces such as a chocolate-brown trench coat, cementing the hue’s chic credentials Who What Wear.

Hope & Ivy is a British brand co-founded by Sarah Sleightholm and Beth Chilton. They launched the contemporary women’s occasionwear brand in 2015.
